Pump motor
New
Submersible pump motors specially developed for sand and gravel dredgers
These IE5 class motors are unique on the PM pump motor market. They are characterized by extremely high power density, the smallest design on the market, and extremely high torque. The motor was consistently developed for maximum performance. It enables an easy conversion of the existing suction dredger unit to a complete Submersible unit with pump and directly coupled pump so that sand and gravel can be extracted from greater depths without using booster pumps. Due to its low weight, the dredger does not need to be extended. The existing frequency converter can often continue to be used for control. Due to the enormous power density and low power consumption, especially compared to commercially available high-pole three-phase motors, the complete conversion pays for itself in 2-3 years. If you already have a motor-pump combination, this can be done in just a few months.

PTO Ship-generator

PM generators specifically for PTO drives
In collaboration with a leading luxury yacht manufacturer and Siemens AG, we have developed small and ultra-compact water-cooled PM generators that can be mounted directly on the ship’s gearbox (e.g. ZF gearbox) and, in conjunction with Siemens converters, generate a DC on-board network.
This enables a variety of new electric drive solutions, replacing hydraulic systems and reducing the size of the necessary on-board generators.
The use of PTO generators in combination with Siemens controls results in enormous savings potential and is an important contribution to CO2 reduction.
